Really lovely looking patio heater. Some reviews say it’s difficult to put together and has sharp edges. I disagree. If you take your time. Watch the video (I kept starting and stopping it at every stage) and refer to the instruction book if unsure and between them, you can’t go wrong. We found it extremely well made with no sharp edges. Took us a couple of hours but we were in no rush. Longest time was taking all of the blue protective plastic off.Couple of tips:Make sure you put the middle tray (that holds the ignition unit) on with the magnets facing the front (so opposite side to the wheels) this will give you access to the controls once it is built. If you put it on the wrong way, you will have to dismantle everything again to change it roundWhen you insert the glass tubes, the clips at the top go outside of the glass. An electric screwdriver will save time if you have one and a wide flat head screwdriver was useful for a few stubborn screwsNever move the heater when it is hot - the movement will cause the hot glass tube to shatter (tip from my gas bottle supplier who also sells these heaters)All in all a lovely addition to the garden and looks stunning especially at night.

tifully. It was very easy to assemble, not too heavy, for reference I am 58 and not big and strong! - hedge cutter does not go through anything above about 15mm but if I needed I just used the chain saw attachment. Starts first time every time, changing heads can be fiddly in that the internal rod sometimes stays in and you have to pull that separately but not a big problem. Only have this 4 days but so far very good machine. Excellent service from Burrowmount, plastic cover for chain saw came loose and got chained! they sent a replacement straight away.

to put it together, but once understood where and how the bits bolted together all was fine. It is tall but still quite easy to move about - make sure the two glass tubes (and gas bottle) are not in it when you tilt it 45 degrees on its wheels to move it to its working location. For four of us sitting on our decking to 11pm one evening recently, it kept the chill at bay and even on the high setting, the gas bottle dial had not even moved after three hours of use. The bluetooth speaker is great to and quite powerful. The speaker replaces the front door panel knob/handle and is still easy to get on and off to charge up and turn on. I am very happy with this and we have nicknamed it the Shard! Great item with good heat out put, just what we wanted.

d it highly. All the tools, plus two extension poles, so worth a try. However, you see many of these with identical hardware badged under different brands.First problem was the handle - it had a locating lug but there was no corresponding hole in the shaft to locate the handle into, and so the handle could not be fitted without drilling a hole in the shaft - I didn't do it. So there is a picture of the shaft and the handle with the lug.Starting it up, the throttle sticks on high. The design of this is the same on all the other clone ones I saw, not very good. The label for choke operation was put on upside down, so choke would be off when you thought it was on.The plastic felt very cheap, and the accessories were very flimsy and lightweight.Good points were the splined shaft, and the fact the shaft ran in bearings, but were they good quality? It's heavy, and after trying it for a few seconds on the hedge cutter, I drained all the fuel and asked for a refund.Sending it back was ok, a pre-paid label was issued, but dropping it in at a Post Office was a pain - it's a big heavy box.Having said that, refund was smooth so I can't complain about that. Most of it was made in PRC , but some bits had 'Japan' stamped on them. You pay your money and you take your choice, except P.R.C has eliminated most of the competition.
