up 5/6 years ago. Its outlast a few other machines. Good on fuel. Plenty of attachments. Only just packed in this year. 2022. And I didnt treat it very well.Extention poles / Reach for hedge cutter is great, if your not strong it will be hard to handle at full length.The power of the Bu-ko, ive had 2 different makes just this year none have matched the Bu-ko in the slightest for power. Also just realised how little vibration / feedback you get of the bu-ko as well, compared to others I have.Bad side of it is, the plastic casings / handle , button are cheap and not great. Also the goggles, earmuffs are nasty. After a while the ruber feeders / supports inside the poles that fix the metal rotating bar in place, start to move or twist making it hard to fix them onto the machine / putting other extention poles together.Would I buy again, yes in hindsight. For price its great. Just would be nice if they matched the quality of the engine power with better fixings, casings, plastics etc.Ferrari engine, fiat panda shell.

to put it together, but once understood where and how the bits bolted together all was fine. It is tall but still quite easy to move about - make sure the two glass tubes (and gas bottle) are not in it when you tilt it 45 degrees on its wheels to move it to its working location. For four of us sitting on our decking to 11pm one evening recently, it kept the chill at bay and even on the high setting, the gas bottle dial had not even moved after three hours of use. The bluetooth speaker is great to and quite powerful. The speaker replaces the front door panel knob/handle and is still easy to get on and off to charge up and turn on. I am very happy with this and we have nicknamed it the Shard! Great item with good heat out put, just what we wanted. 8 people found this helpful

ructions are ok.Had an issue with the regulator not fitting my gas canister so I contacted the customer services who were very helpful and sorted me out - I cannot fault them at all.Used it for the past couple of nights for the first time, looks amazing and gives a nice light but really disappointed with the heat output - have to stand right next to it to get any warmth, even one step away you feel no difference.Really disappointed as the main reason for buying it was to enable us to sit outside longer at night and take the chill out of the air. It’s a very expensive night light and if I could I would send it back but it would be impossible to dismantle it and I’ve discarded the packaging.If anyone has had similar issues and rectified it some way - maybe we are doing something wrong - please advise?!
