all these chainsaws are tested before they are sent out when I got the chainsaw the chainsaw brake would not work so when I put the chainsaw on the ground it vibrated and tipped over and broke the cover I rang up the company they stopped at until I got replacement cover they kept checking with me rang and did not charge me for replacement cover this is a top store top chainsaw chainsaw brake is working now with replacement cover extra parts I will order again from the store I recommend it to anyone customer service A1 One person found this helpful

ox also a spare sparkplug.I assembled the saw and primed 10* pulled out choke and with blade brake on pulled starter cord....fired 2nd pull pushed in choke and ran great....when engine warm i adjusted tickover down a tad...Thanks Good Saw If i get 2/3 years i think great value to.

BIEN HECHO.De los tres soportes que anclan el motor a la "mochila" (dos abajo y uno arriba), después de un año de uso, el de la parte superior se ha despegado sin más, la pieza de goma se ha separado de la de metal (ver fotos). A consecuencia de ello, el motor se "balancea" y arriesga a caer al suelo, por lo que no puede usarse, es peligroso. El producto sigue estando en garantía porque lo compré hace menos de dos años. ¿Cómo puedo hacer para solicitar sustitución o reparación en servicio técnico?

es the job well.The instructions are vague and best and require some common sense. Instructions for attaching the harness are absent so need a little more common sense and looking at the picture online helps.....The harness is difficult to adjust once worn. It would be helpful to have a buckle release on one or both straps to make it easier to put on and take off. 5 people found this helpful

e souffleur après un essai d'une petite heure je n'ai pas ressenti le poids du moteur très agréable sur sa manipulation et par son efficacité .Après une semaine d'utilisation un petit problème est intervenu au niveau du starter je ne peu pas me servir de cette tirette étant bloquée cette panne m'inquiète j'ai peur que ce moteur fonctionne en continue avec le starter ouvert pour résumer simplement je ne sait pas si il est en position ouvert ou fermée . J'ai averti mon vendeur mais je n'ai pas de réponse pour le moment . En tous cas chose étrange c'est que ce moteur démarre aussi bien à froid que à chaud . g you need including a small tool kit fuel mixing bottle and funnel. Slight issue with the handle screws but easily resolved. Started first time following the instructions, I bought the extra extensions poles and when all used it can be difficult to move but that is expected. I would highly recommend this product for ease of use, value for money but also really good quality.

blems. I put the 16" bar on first and cut 14" logs with ease, both across grain and with grain. Overall a very good buy and I would recommend the 62cc to anyone. Just cut 25 logs all sizes from 8" to 18" into 11" lengths just over 100 pieces ready for log splitter. Perfect and still sharp.
