useful extras (like additional cutting heads) and safety kit. The instructional video was useful but bits were for a different model (no real problems). The machine worked very well. t to be right. Upon removing the burner, found that the manufacturer had not assembled it correctly meaning gas was not directed via the burner causing the flame to be mis-directed and burning out the seal and causing other superficial damage. Could have been serious damage if I had left it to burn any longer than a few seconds. Quality control in assembly fault. Problem was simple to rectify.Contacted seller who were very quick to act and sent replacement part. I would rate the seller excellent.Apart from this an excellent product.

blows wet leaves but also shifts acorns that the rake did not. Drawback not very comfortable on the shoulders & back so I taped a cushion to the back pack which helps. Manual must have been drawn up by a work experience school kid & the photos very dark. Not much information in the manual but they did help over the phone. First use use 30.1 mix & let it idle for at least 10 minutes before you use it to let it help run in then from then on use 40.1. Started first time. Very pleased with it. ve been using chainsaws for 45 years. I usually buy Husqvarna, which are outstanding, but would have cost £500.This saw is very nearly as good, and with 2 bars and 4 chains it is easily comparable.It always starts, is powerful enough for me, and is lighter than a comparable Husky. I have just felled and logged up an 80ft sycamore, admittedly green, but the chain doesn't need sharpening yet!There was a small issue with the starter unit, and another with the chain tensioner. Both were solved by return of post replacements.Can't fault the after sale service!I will recommend this saw, and would buy another, but I don't think that I'll need one for a while!! g this. Aching shoulders stiff back etc. Maybe 10 mins a hole. This machine did the same hole but deeper in seconds. The different size augers are a bonus too. It’s easy to start and use.

would recommend it to everyone, looks amazing in the garden, the only thing I would say is to ask for a video to build it . I spoke to someone called Micheal from burrowmount ,who has been fantastic, sent me the videos, and is there for you step by step , never mind ten out of ten , he definitely deserves hundred out of hundred . The heat from the heater is fantastic, I would recommend this product to everyone, and well worth the money

missing so contacted the seller. They couldn’t have been more helpful or quicker to respond with the missing part arriving the next day.Can’t believe the value for money in this item.
