th Bu-Ko as I already had their 5-in-1 pole saw/strimmer/hedge trimmer set, and it seemed to be pretty well made and reliable. Anyway, this turned up and seemed to be well built, too. However, it refused to start. Now I'm not exactly a stranger to small 2-stroke motors, but this one defeated me for 4 days. Not even the tiniest splutter to indicate it wanted to run, so I contacted the seller to request a return. I got an almost immediate response, including a video (about which I was skeptical) and a request for a phone number and a convenient time for an engineer to call me if the video didn't help. OK, OK, it started almost immediately, so I feel a bit of a prat, but it almost doesn't need choke at all to start and floods as soon as you look at it. Anyway, 10 out of 10 for customer service. The saw runs really well, and was getting easier and easier to start during the weekend as it started to get run in. Second tank of fuel, and it was running sweetly. (Note: the manual says 25:1 and the saw says 40:1 for fuel/oil, and I checked with Burrowmount to see which was correct - turns out the first tank or two at 25:1 is fine for running in, then back to 40:1). One last log to chop and we're done for the weekend - the recoil starter handle comes away in my hand. OK, so the knot probably came undone, so I took the cover off and no, the cord had been cut through (presumably by the spring) and the starter had sort of self destructed. Anyway, another email to Burrowmount and a very quick reply to say that they were escalating it to their engineers. Three days later and a complete new starter arrived in the post.So what can we conclude? For the price, don't expect Stihl quality and reliability, but that goes without saying. Chinese QA still seems to be a bit of a lottery, but these guys have the back-up to make up for any quality issues in the products. The other kit from the same supplier is fine, and having sorted it out, I have no reason to think I should have any more problems with this one. Overall, a great set-up with absolutely superb back-up and customer service.

y and unergonomic and it keeps breaking on me. The first time the seller took ages to respond and only did once I went to PayPal. A year in it's broken beyond all use and they're just fobbing me off. They're not even cheap- I should have got an Einhell battery strimmer from the start

ign abroad we chose this based on the reviews, appearance and price. Yes, it takes a while to assemble and some metal edges are sharp but overall the quality is good. It’s sturdy, throws a good heat over a decent area and is a real showpiece in the garden.

ve bought one years ago & in fact now thinking of buying a second for another patio.Assembly I thought not difficult if you follow the online instructions (that’s a strong tip) but it takes 2 people at the last phase of assembly in fairness.Bottle needed is a 27 mm propane.Really impressed.

200mm in diameter and 600mm deep. We did this in half a day. We had 2 problem holes where we had cut into 2 bricks which stop theAuger blade. These were removed and the blade continued on to correct depth.Used over a few jobs, this investment will have paid for its self.

now. Easy to put together, not heavy to wear, starts first or second pull. Good amount of power to it, works well even on large quantities of leaves or very wet leaves. Noisy! But to be expected of a 2 stroke. So make sure you wear ear protection. Had a slight issue with the fuel filler cap after about a year of ownership, but the company sorted that quickly without any quibbles.

write reviews, only if something good, or bad, really stands out which is the case here. Firstly the negative, the first time we used the patio heater the glass tubes cracked, however the service provided after I contacted them was absolutely stunning. Speedy email responses, which switched to mobile calls with their specialist who quickly diagnosed the issue and sent through a new glass tube and some additional dropper screws to allow more air through which has worked really well. The patio heater itself is very eye catching and generates a fair amount of heat, I'm not convinced that the Bluetooth speaker is worth the additional cost as it's very fragile and tinny but that is a small thing. However to end on a positive, I would recommend that you can purchase this eye catching product and still be very reassured by the fact that should there be an issue the post sale support is fantastic.

Good value and looks good. Easy to ignite but only criticism is that instructions are not very clear and pictures/print are too small to make out where screws should go. Had to go into YouTube to Watch video as video which should have been included was missing. Took 2 people approximately 2 hours to build so if you are not good with self assembly you may struggle to put it together.
