value for money it has been excellent. I previously only used Makita chainsaws but the excessive price difference didn't validate another big name brand purchase. I have already cut about 100 logs, some over two foot in diameter and this product has been very efficient thus far. It makes short work of large logs, and to me at least, it is quite similar in its functioning and quality to a Makita.

tifully. It was very easy to assemble, not too heavy, for reference I am 58 and not big and strong! - hedge cutter does not go through anything above about 15mm but if I needed I just used the chain saw attachment. Starts first time every time, changing heads can be fiddly in that the internal rod sometimes stays in and you have to pull that separately but not a big problem. Only have this 4 days but so far very good machine. Excellent service from Burrowmount, plastic cover for chain saw came loose and got chained! they sent a replacement straight away.

ve been using chainsaws for 45 years. I usually buy Husqvarna, which are outstanding, but would have cost £500.This saw is very nearly as good, and with 2 bars and 4 chains it is easily comparable. It always starts, is powerful enough for me, and is lighter than a comparable Husky. I have just felled and logged up an 80ft sycamore, admittedly green, but the chain doesn't need sharpening yet! There was a small issue with the starter unit, and another with the chain tensioner. Both were solved by return of post replacements. Can't fault the after sale service!I will recommend this saw, and would buy another, but I don't think that I'll need one for a while!!

d.It did take a couple of hours to put together. But we absolutely love the patio heater, with the uncertain times that we are living through and with me working from home must days, to relax I like to get out and spend time in the garden. The patio heater means that I will be able to spend all dry evenings through the autumn/winter in the garden. The heat that it gives off is fantastic, the weather is not cold enough to use it on full power.

d it highly. All the tools, plus two extension poles, so worth a try. However, you see many of these with identical hardware badged under different brands.First problem was the handle - it had a locating lug but there was no corresponding hole in the shaft to locate the handle into, and so the handle could not be fitted without drilling a hole in the shaft - I didn't do it. So there is a picture of the shaft and the handle with the lug.Starting it up, the throttle sticks on high. The design of this is the same on all the other clone ones I saw, not very good. The label for choke operation was put on upside down, so choke would be off when you thought it was on.The plastic felt very cheap, and the accessories were very flimsy and lightweight.Good points were the splined shaft, and the fact the shaft ran in bearings, but were they good quality? It's heavy, and after trying it for a few seconds on the hedge cutter, I drained all the fuel and asked for a refund.Sending it back was ok, a pre-paid label was issued, but dropping it in at a Post Office was a pain - it's a big heavy box.Having said that, refund was smooth so I can't complain about that. Most of it was made in PRC , but some bits had 'Japan' stamped on them. You pay your money and you take your choice, except P.R.C has eliminated most of the competition.

ful outdoor heater that has good heat. Easier to assemble than you would think. Glad fluke broke after 3 uses but supplier were really efficient and sent out a brand new glass flume free of charge (that was better than the original as it came in one piece). The odd manufacturing default will happen with these things so great to know that the vendor is so easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and I may buy a second!
