WARRANTY – HOW ARE YOU COVERED?
We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect.
While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.
Our one-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established reputable manufacturer and seller of domestic tools and machinery.
We want you to be sure that if there is a problem you can speak to a UK-based team that will evaluate the problem and ascertain what can be done to get things resolved for you.
EXCLUSIONS
We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts. In order for this to be clear we have taken some examples from popular machines for easy reference. These include but are not limited to:
Two Stroke Garden Tools (including Brush Cutter, Multi Function Garden Tool, Earth Auger, Chainsaw)
- Recoil Starter, Bar, Chain, Spark Plug, Carburettor, Filters, Chain Catchers, Spool Heads / Cutting Blades, Blades
Four Stroke Engine Powered Machinery (Including Pressure Washers, Generators, Water Pumps)
- Recoil Starter, Hose, Lance, Nozzles, Plastic Connectors, Wheels, Air Filters, Exhausts.
Air-Compressor
- Quick Release Valve, Cowling,
Every effort is made to work pro-actively to provide a solution. When parts such as those given above are required to be purchased, we work hard to ensure that a stock is maintained in order to make them available to you via the product pages on the website. We will direct you to the link if your enquiry is by email or send it on if we speak by phone.
If they are not listed under spare parts, we may still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.
MISUSE
Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.
We do however take great pride in our high level of customer care and will happily do what we can do assist you in getting up and running once more.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR MACHINE?

Call one of our team or send us an email. We may ask for further information to understand the issue – this will be assessed by a member of the technical team
We may be able to solve the issue with some advice or by sending you a part.
PICK UP and DROP OFF
It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. We send you a pre-paid returns label so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself.
30 DAYS
If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.
Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.
COMMERCIAL USE
We need to make it clear that unless otherwise stated, given or implied we do not offer any warranty to products that are being used for hire or reward (Commercial Use).
ASSURED RESPONSE FROM A UK TEAM
We have a dedicated team at our Headquarters here in Louth Lincolnshire who are customer focussed and will always be happy to find the best solution for you. We do not expect you to have any issue at all of course, our machines are fully quality tested and assured which is no less than you’d expect from a company with a rising reputation for quality tools at a very favourable price-point. That’s a strong point, price, as we are sure you agree, but just as important is after sales service and a timely response if things aren’t quite as they should be. You can rely on us to respond when you need us.

Buying Chinese tools is always a bit of a lottery, I went with Bu-Ko as I already had their 5-in-1 pole saw/strimmer/hedge trimmer set, and it seemed to be pretty well made and reliable. Anyway, this turned up and seemed to be well built, too. However, it refused to start. Now I’m not exactly a stranger to small 2-stroke motors, but this one defeated me for 4 days. Not even the tiniest splutter to indicate it wanted to run, so I contacted the seller to request a return. I got an almost immediate response, including a video (about which I was skeptical) and a request for a phone number and a convenient time for an engineer to call me if the video didn’t help. OK, OK, it started almost immediately, so I feel a bit of a prat, but it almost doesn’t need choke at all to start and floods as soon as you look at it. Anyway, 10 out of 10 for customer service.
The saw runs really well, and was getting easier and easier to start during the weekend as it started to get run in. Second tank of fuel, and it was running sweetly. (Note: the manual says 25:1 and the saw says 40:1 for fuel/oil, and I checked with Burrowmount to see which was correct – turns out the first tank or two at 25:1 is fine for running in, then back to 40:1). One last log to chop and we’re done for the weekend – the recoil starter handle comes away in my hand. OK, so the knot probably came undone, so I took the cover off and no, the cord had been cut through (presumably by the spring) and the starter had sort of self destructed. Anyway, another email to Burrowmount and a very quick reply to say that they were escalating it to their engineers. Three days later and a complete new starter arrived in the post.
So what can we conclude? For the price, don’t expect Stihl quality and reliability, but that goes without saying. Chinese QA still seems to be a bit of a lottery, but these guys have the back-up to make up for any quality issues in the products. The other kit from the same supplier is fine, and having sorted it out, I have no reason to think I should have any more problems with this one. Overall, a great set-up with absolutely superb back-up and customer service.

Easy to assemble, basically engineered product. Cuts well and has sufficient power for the blade. Unfortunately it’s a pig to start from cold and floods easily, meaning a spark plug removal and dry. Starts perfectly when warm.

Very powerful saw but some of the stuff u get with it is useless like the bag broke first time using it and so did the tuning screw driver but other then that it’s a fantastic saw defo will be buying the top handle soon

A good powerful machine. Easy to assemble and easy to start. Very good value for money and the ear defenders do the job well. Comes with good supply of chains in both sizes. Makes easy work of big logs. Customer services fantastic when I had a little trouble with pull cord, and immediately sent a replacement.
