Love the brush cutters. No issues with them at all...

. Cuts very well.
The hedge trimmer attachment has broken twice on me. The first one was replaced no questions asked which was very nice. I haven't bothered going back on the second time. It seems to be a fault in the gear box. I think it's due to changing the angle of the blade; something weakens and breaks within the housing. Annoying that it's hedge cutting season and I can't do a whole lot.
I'll continue to use it for the brush cutting, strimming and chainsaw.

value for money it has been excellent. I previously only used Makita chainsaws but the excessive price difference didn't validate another big name brand purchase. I have already cut about 100 logs, some over two foot in diameter and this product has been very efficient thus far. It makes short work of large logs, and to me at least, it is quite similar in its functioning and quality to a Makita.

tifully. It was very easy to assemble, not too heavy, for reference I am 58 and not big and strong! - hedge cutter does not go through anything above about 15mm but if I needed I just used the chain saw attachment. Starts first time every time, changing heads can be fiddly in that the internal rod sometimes stays in and you have to pull that separately but not a big problem. Only have this 4 days but so far very good machine. Excellent service from Burrowmount, plastic cover for chain saw came loose and got chained! they sent a replacement straight away.

others to a lower level (I dug all the earth around the stump first) and in the future for me to cut logs and timber so I can turn on a lathe. It was easy to assemble & fit the chainbar and chain. Once primed, it started and ran well, and was very easy to re-start.Safety brake works well, (kicked back only once and that was my fault!)Safety kit although basic is adequate for home gardening use. The mesh face guard will stop flying debris, I have prescription safety glasses provided by employer so didn’t need the goggles. The spare chains are a bonus as well. I thought I’d get through more than 1 chain on this stump but was pleased that 1 chain was suffice - there were a lot of vertical cuts on this job and it was just starting to blunt toward the end - there is a file provided to sharpen the chain.Had to tighten the chain 3or 4 times but that is to be expected and was easy to do - (loosen the chainbar locking nuts a bit, tighten the chain and then re-tighten the nuts).Neat carry bag (but only fits chainsaw with the 16” chain fitted).Toolkit has all the appropriate tools needed. All in all, a great budget chainsaw package with everything you need to get going (except fuel & oils). It’s not a chainsaw for professional arborists or tree fellers, but certainly good enough for use in the garden.Would I recommend - absolutely.

ed on it is a stunning looking heater that also does a gorgeous ambient light feature And you can feel the warmth too.The customer service is great and your problems or queries are resolved witching 24 hrs which is great by anyone's standards.Cons or should I say not so positive is 1 instructions would be better if there was a YouTube clip to follow as paper instructions aren't crystal clear and 2 I'd advise wear gloves when assembling as remember you are handling precision cut metal that can easily slice your fingers (experience talking here haha). 3 is not the heater it's self but the con artist people that sell you the gas cylinders at the garages (£85 for 16kg).Also I advise to store the heater either in a building/shed or strapped to a wall as it is a big item so high winds are not it's friend.I would definitely recommend this product.

with the unit, but was able to resolve them. A week or so after I got the unit, the grease nipple on the chainsaw unit broke (the threads stripped, so it might have been cross-threaded at assembly, not sure). About the same time, the metal plate which runs under the motor, to prevent it from being damaged by the ground when starting, broke. I contacted support and they sent me a new chainsaw unit + metal plate. A few months later, a piece flew off the strimmer head unit. As before, they sent me a new one. All of the replacement units they have sent me have been working fine. After a good 8 months with no issues, a few of the teeth on the hedge trimmer blades got broken. But as before, they are sending me new blades this week.A couple of other minor issues. One day the unit wouldn't start and I noticed one of the wiring connections had come unplugged, because of the way it was zip-tied (easy fix, just plugged it back in and zip-tied it differently). Recently I noticed the unit would die if I turned it on its side, but then noticed that the hose in the petrol tank, which sucks up the gas, had re-positioned itself such that when the unit was rotated, the end of the hose was no longer submerged in petrol (hence why it was dying). I used a screwdriver to push it back over to the other side of the tank, so when it is rotated it will still be submerged, and it has been fine.Knock on wood the motor itself has worked perfectly and as I said the replacement bits have all worked fine. I would rate it a 3 on function alone, but on the plus side, the post-sales support has been excellent, and they have never hesitated to send out replacement parts when I needed them (for free). So perhaps I have just been unlucky, as the replacement bits have all worked fine.Would I use it all day every day in a commercial capacity, no...but with the repaired bits, it has worked well and helped me to get control of a very large garden (half acre+) which was very overgrown and needed a ton of work.
