rrived on time and was well packaged. It was easy to put together for anyone with some DIY skills although it is a fair bit of work and takes some time. All the main steel edges are folded over to avoid sharp edges and everything fitted together well. The instructions were ok although some parts were pre-assembled (which simplyfied things). All parts seem to be of a high quality and the look when constructed is very smart. The supplied cover is also decent quality with a zip from top to bottom. The heater looks good when lit giving out a fair bit of light and the heat output is ok although not as much as our previous heater which had a large heater grill and big umbrella reflector to beam heat down - this was expected as it is different type of heater to the previous one. It is easy to manoeuvre without the gas bottle on board but like all of these it is difficult when heavy bottle is in the unit. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a pyramid shaped heater with the flame in glass tube effect.

g you need including a small tool kit fuel mixing bottle and funnel. Slight issue with the handle screws but easily resolved. Started first time following the instructions, I bought the extra extensions poles and when all used it can be difficult to move but that is expected. I would highly recommend this product for ease of use, value for money but also really good quality.

Good value but instructions are not clear enough. No video included as advised when purchasing

Good value and looks good. Easy to ignite but only criticism is that instructions are not very clear and pictures/print are too small to make out where screws should go. Had to go into YouTube to Watch video as video which should have been included was missing. Took 2 people approximately 2 hours to build so if you are not good with self assembly you may struggle to put it together.

rting so took the opportunity to upgrade to a backpack type. Best thing I've done with regard to leaf blowing. All the weight is on your back (nice padding, quite comfortable) good straps and the weight is not all on the hand anymore. Also no vibration on the hand which is a big difference. Easy to control. Simple to put together, just took a few minutes.Probably the most important thing is that it starts first time. The only downside is that where the starter pully is, you can't start it on your back, has to be done before putting on.

with the unit, but was able to resolve them. A week or so after I got the unit, the grease nipple on the chainsaw unit broke (the threads stripped, so it might have been cross-threaded at assembly, not sure). About the same time, the metal plate which runs under the motor, to prevent it from being damaged by the ground when starting, broke. I contacted support and they sent me a new chainsaw unit + metal plate. A few months later, a piece flew off the strimmer head unit. As before, they sent me a new one. All of the replacement units they have sent me have been working fine. After a good 8 months with no issues, a few of the teeth on the hedge trimmer blades got broken. But as before, they are sending me new blades this week.A couple of other minor issues. One day the unit wouldn't start and I noticed one of the wiring connections had come unplugged, because of the way it was zip-tied (easy fix, just plugged it back in and zip-tied it differently). Recently I noticed the unit would die if I turned it on its side, but then noticed that the hose in the petrol tank, which sucks up the gas, had re-positioned itself such that when the unit was rotated, the end of the hose was no longer submerged in petrol (hence why it was dying). I used a screwdriver to push it back over to the other side of the tank, so when it is rotated it will still be submerged, and it has been fine.Knock on wood the motor itself has worked perfectly and as I said the replacement bits have all worked fine. I would rate it a 3 on function alone, but on the plus side, the post-sales support has been excellent, and they have never hesitated to send out replacement parts when I needed them (for free). So perhaps I have just been unlucky, as the replacement bits have all worked fine.Would I use it all day every day in a commercial capacity, no...but with the repaired bits, it has worked well and helped me to get control of a very large garden (half acre+) which was very overgrown and needed a ton of work.
