off the throttle cable.
Supplier responded immediately and sent a new throttle cable assembly same day.
Machine does a good job once you master how to manage it especially on stoney ground.
Excellent value for money.

tle, safety glasses and ear protectors , tool kit and funnel, together with user manual. First impression was a smart looking piece of kit but I have to say it was a bit of a shock to feel the weight as my entire previous experience of a hedge trimmer has been a corded Black and Decker which I had for about 24 years but had just about reached the end of its useful life. Read through the instructions a couple of times ( still a bit confused er the choke positioning) , mixed and loaded fuel ( about a pint) and had a go at my first ever petrol engined trimmer. It fired on about the 3rd pull , started and after a few minutes warm up tried the throttle- wow this is a bit of a beast! Had a try at trimming a small bush , which went well , but a bit late in the day so switched off and left it till following day. Went the whole hog following day- side hedge, and 7 bushes of various sizes and species. Did it in several goes primarily not being used to the weight and power but finished result better than any of my previous trimming and overall was still faster than my old trimmer. Overall very pleased. Looks good and gives a good clean cut . Has plenty of power and in spite of it being quite heavy seems well balanced. So far has started well. If I have one niggle it's the ignition switch which seems very sensitive and I managed to inadvertently switch it off ( catching it with my glove) a couple of times but this may well be my inexperience. Seems good value and if it lasts as long as my previous electric one I will be well pleased. Mind you as I am over 70 it will probably outlast me!

rtainly fits the bill. It came on time, early in fact and after we had checked everything was in the box and intact (it was) we chickened out of assembling it till the following day. In fact we needn't have worried as the video of the assembly, recommended by the seller, made everything much simpler and we had no problems. The end result was most attractive and enhanced our seating area brilliantly. We had one issue on lighting the heater initially: we contacted the seller and their response was superb. A new part was sent out immediately and this we fitted and all was well. The flame effect, particularly at night is entrancing. We highly recommend both the heater and the seller.

others to a lower level (I dug all the earth around the stump first) and in the future for me to cut logs and timber so I can turn on a lathe. It was easy to assemble & fit the chainbar and chain. Once primed, it started and ran well, and was very easy to re-start.Safety brake works well, (kicked back only once and that was my fault!)Safety kit although basic is adequate for home gardening use. The mesh face guard will stop flying debris, I have prescription safety glasses provided by employer so didn’t need the goggles. The spare chains are a bonus as well. I thought I’d get through more than 1 chain on this stump but was pleased that 1 chain was suffice - there were a lot of vertical cuts on this job and it was just starting to blunt toward the end - there is a file provided to sharpen the chain.Had to tighten the chain 3or 4 times but that is to be expected and was easy to do - (loosen the chainbar locking nuts a bit, tighten the chain and then re-tighten the nuts).Neat carry bag (but only fits chainsaw with the 16” chain fitted).Toolkit has all the appropriate tools needed. All in all, a great budget chainsaw package with everything you need to get going (except fuel & oils). It’s not a chainsaw for professional arborists or tree fellers, but certainly good enough for use in the garden.Would I recommend - absolutely.

Excellent patio heater well worth paying the extra for this superior looking machine. A talking point on any patio. Looks amazing when lit and when dark just looking at it you feel warm!Took about 2 hours to put together not rushing and maybe a beer or two in between. Burrowmount the suppliers were second to none, had a tiny issue of a missing nut, contacted them had a speedy response and was sorted immediately. Would highly recommend this supplier and product especially as we are all going to be spending more time in our own outdoor area. You would not be disappointed. This was a 40th birthday present for the man who has everything..... and he loved itIrene Essex

Some issues with the product but excellent post-sales support

with the unit, but was able to resolve them. A week or so after I got the unit, the grease nipple on the chainsaw unit broke (the threads stripped, so it might have been cross-threaded at assembly, not sure). About the same time, the metal plate which runs under the motor, to prevent it from being damaged by the ground when starting, broke. I contacted support and they sent me a new chainsaw unit + metal plate. A few months later, a piece flew off the strimmer head unit. As before, they sent me a new one. All of the replacement units they have sent me have been working fine. After a good 8 months with no issues, a few of the teeth on the hedge trimmer blades got broken. But as before, they are sending me new blades this week.A couple of other minor issues. One day the unit wouldn't start and I noticed one of the wiring connections had come unplugged, because of the way it was zip-tied (easy fix, just plugged it back in and zip-tied it differently). Recently I noticed the unit would die if I turned it on its side, but then noticed that the hose in the petrol tank, which sucks up the gas, had re-positioned itself such that when the unit was rotated, the end of the hose was no longer submerged in petrol (hence why it was dying). I used a screwdriver to push it back over to the other side of the tank, so when it is rotated it will still be submerged, and it has been fine.Knock on wood the motor itself has worked perfectly and as I said the replacement bits have all worked fine. I would rate it a 3 on function alone, but on the plus side, the post-sales support has been excellent, and they have never hesitated to send out replacement parts when I needed them (for free). So perhaps I have just been unlucky, as the replacement bits have all worked fine.Would I use it all day every day in a commercial capacity, no...but with the repaired bits, it has worked well and helped me to get control of a very large garden (half acre+) which was very overgrown and needed a ton of work.
