Really lovely looking patio heater. Some reviews say it’s difficult to put together and has sharp edges. I disagree. If you take your time. Watch the video (I kept starting and stopping it at every stage) and refer to the instruction book if unsure and between them, you can’t go wrong. We found it extremely well made with no sharp edges. Took us a couple of hours but we were in no rush. Longest time was taking all of the blue protective plastic off.Couple of tips:Make sure you put the middle tray (that holds the ignition unit) on with the magnets facing the front (so opposite side to the wheels) this will give you access to the controls once it is built. If you put it on the wrong way, you will have to dismantle everything again to change it roundWhen you insert the glass tubes, the clips at the top go outside of the glass. An electric screwdriver will save time if you have one and a wide flat head screwdriver was useful for a few stubborn screwsNever move the heater when it is hot - the movement will cause the hot glass tube to shatter (tip from my gas bottle supplier who also sells these heaters)All in all a lovely addition to the garden and looks stunning especially at night.

Had to place the Leaf Blower up on a high table to actual see the gas primer (just a bit larger than a €0.2 cent piece. Since my fingers are short almost impossible for me to primer the leaf blower. However I found a solution by using the spark plug wench that was included. But a very Powerful Machine

as an anniversary present. When he opened the box all the loose parts looked abit daunting but once they were all laid out on the floor it was pretty obvious what parts went where. It's alittle on the heavy side but once it's attached to the harness my husband said that you dont realise the weight of it.We have an orchard that's over grow with nettles, brambles, grass etc and with the 3 pronged blade on, this beast ate through all of it without fail.Fuel consumption is good.Only disappointment is that it doesn't come with any starter 2 stroke oil. But that's not the end of the world. All in all this machine is a beast, makes easy work of strimming over grow areas. I Think my husband loves it more than me lol.

es the job well. The instructions are vague and best and require some common sense. Instructions for attaching the harness are absent so need a little more common sense and looking at the picture online helps.....The harness is difficult to adjust once worn. It would be helpful to have a buckle release on one or both straps to make it easier to put on and take off.

ssues building it but mostly just not reading the instructions properly, one cut on the finger near the end getting the cellophane off the sides, had read previously to be careful of this, the product is very big, however we are delighted with it, the heat from it is good and light from it is amazing when you put the heater up full and see the flames going up the glass, good purchase.

V pleased with the heater now it is built up. Instruct were difficult to follow at times, largely due to the size of diagrams in the instructions booklet, also the doors are v sharp on the corners/edged so car needed when assembling. V pleased with the finished results looks v stylish & cover is good quality for storage, when not in use. . Looking forward to using later I the summer would recommend to others

ructions are ok.Had an issue with the regulator not fitting my gas canister so I contacted the customer services who were very helpful and sorted me out - I cannot fault them at all.Used it for the past couple of nights for the first time, looks amazing and gives a nice light but really disappointed with the heat output - have to stand right next to it to get any warmth, even one step away you feel no difference.Really disappointed as the main reason for buying it was to enable us to sit outside longer at night and take the chill out of the air. It’s a very expensive night light and if I could I would send it back but it would be impossible to dismantle it and I’ve discarded the packaging. If anyone has had similar issues and rectified it some way - maybe we are doing something wrong - please advise?! Gas is on full.
