ed me instead, but I was waiting for a call,
I have now had contact by phone from the company and it was all sorted very amicably and efficiently.
They also told me of youtube vids to help with assembly which will be very helpful I am sure.
Therefore I have no problem in placing this review and saying that overall this is a well engineered item and GOOD value for money.

The solution to be able to spend time in the garden with family & friends even in November!

I ordered this patio heater on 24/09 and it arrived 15/10. Assembly was done by my Hubby on 18/10 who said it was pretty straightforward and this allowed us to enjoy an amazing evening that night with our neighbour in the garden enjoying a few drinks and chat and not breaking any Covid rules as we were able to sit outside - see first pic. We all remarked at how pretty the thing is when lit up and it really gave off a good heat - we are in Scotland and the nights are chilly here. We used it again on Friday 30/10 for a Halloween party for 10 kids - again, not breaking any Covid rules as we were outside all night. My niece was wearing shorts that night as part of her Halloween outfit as you will see from pic 2 but never complained of the cold once as we had the patio heater on. After the party, Hubby and I moved the heater to a corner of the garden and covered it with the protective cover it comes with. Unfortunately, Storm Aiden and Hurricane Zeta hit on Saturday 31/10 and to my horror was strong enough to knock our beloved heater over and of course the glass tube has smashed. I contacted Burrowmount on Saturday afternoon and explained our predicament and spoke to a lovely guy who said in view of the fact we've only had it a couple of weeks he would send us a replacement tube for free. Amazing Customer Service! And it is due to arrive in time for a wee fireworks get together I'm having in the garden on 5th November so there will be happy and warm kids once again. I've also since purchased bungee cords so this will now always be tethered when not in use to avoid it toppling ever again - lesson learnt!

kes short work of tidying up my large garden. Really easy starter and the instructions read like you need to fill with engine oil. Wrong its 2 stroke the oil is mixed with petrol. To be honest sort delivery out and charge a bit more for it . Its a proper heavy duty strimmer one satisfied customer

cheap blower for occasional use in my garden. I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to start - started on third pull with no adjustments to carb (apart from using choke). Pull start feels like it is spring loaded which makes pulling it easy. Good strong blow to shift the leaves, even when wet.

you do have to be quite close to really feel the heatAfter a winter outside with the cover on the top came loose and all the top bolts have rusted so it doesn’t seem the best quality.Very hard to manoeuvre, you have to tip it 45 degrees for the little wheels to engage, which as well as hurting your hands because it’s sharp is also very heavy and not easy to do.

sive when using as the sun goes down, and as described. Overall a good product although hard to move around (wheels could be better) - have to remove gas canisters first! Needed to get another regulator to use butane gas via amazon which was quite easily obtained. We strengthened our base with wood to improve it. Not a great amount of heat but nice addition to the patio.

rting so took the opportunity to upgrade to a backpack type. Best thing I've done with regard to leaf blowing. All the weight is on your back (nice padding, quite comfortable) good straps and the weight is not all on the hand anymore. Also no vibration on the hand which is a big difference. Easy to control. Simple to put together, just took a few minutes.Probably the most important thing is that it starts first time. The only downside is that where the starter pully is, you can't start it on your back, has to be done before putting on.

with the unit, but was able to resolve them. A week or so after I got the unit, the grease nipple on the chainsaw unit broke (the threads stripped, so it might have been cross-threaded at assembly, not sure). About the same time, the metal plate which runs under the motor, to prevent it from being damaged by the ground when starting, broke. I contacted support and they sent me a new chainsaw unit + metal plate. A few months later, a piece flew off the strimmer head unit. As before, they sent me a new one. All of the replacement units they have sent me have been working fine. After a good 8 months with no issues, a few of the teeth on the hedge trimmer blades got broken. But as before, they are sending me new blades this week.A couple of other minor issues. One day the unit wouldn't start and I noticed one of the wiring connections had come unplugged, because of the way it was zip-tied (easy fix, just plugged it back in and zip-tied it differently). Recently I noticed the unit would die if I turned it on its side, but then noticed that the hose in the petrol tank, which sucks up the gas, had re-positioned itself such that when the unit was rotated, the end of the hose was no longer submerged in petrol (hence why it was dying). I used a screwdriver to push it back over to the other side of the tank, so when it is rotated it will still be submerged, and it has been fine.Knock on wood the motor itself has worked perfectly and as I said the replacement bits have all worked fine. I would rate it a 3 on function alone, but on the plus side, the post-sales support has been excellent, and they have never hesitated to send out replacement parts when I needed them (for free). So perhaps I have just been unlucky, as the replacement bits have all worked fine.Would I use it all day every day in a commercial capacity, no...but with the repaired bits, it has worked well and helped me to get control of a very large garden (half acre+) which was very overgrown and needed a ton of work.

All arrived quickly and extraordinarily well packaged etc... be prepared for a little time to unpack and construct but it's easy to do if you follow the instruction. Its well worth the investment though as they look amazing, everyone comments. And I guess the real mark of customer service is when something isn't quite right, and we had a bent base on the second tower which whilst allowed completion meant it was slightly wobbly on it's feet. I emailed and the replacement part was with me within 3 days and now both our towers are perfect. Absolutely brilliant service and top quality product. If you want flame towers, I've not seen any better than these.
