Really lovely looking patio heater. Some reviews say it’s difficult to put together and has sharp edges. I disagree. If you take your time. Watch the video (I kept starting and stopping it at every stage) and refer to the instruction book if unsure and between them, you can’t go wrong. We found it extremely well made with no sharp edges. Took us a couple of hours but we were in no rush. Longest time was taking all of the blue protective plastic off.Couple of tips:Make sure you put the middle tray (that holds the ignition unit) on with the magnets facing the front (so opposite side to the wheels) this will give you access to the controls once it is built. If you put it on the wrong way, you will have to dismantle everything again to change it roundWhen you insert the glass tubes, the clips at the top go outside of the glass. An electric screwdriver will save time if you have one and a wide flat head screwdriver was useful for a few stubborn screwsNever move the heater when it is hot - the movement will cause the hot glass tube to shatter (tip from my gas bottle supplier who also sells these heaters)All in all a lovely addition to the garden and looks stunning especially at night.

recting the heater it took me around I'd say the 5 hour mark as many of the instructions are in my opinion missing or in the wrong order. The heat output is good and does look pretty classy. I would recommend this heater as it does a Good job, I'm no novice at putting bits together but this was a challenge, I'd give plenty of time

es the job well. The instructions are vague and best and require some common sense. Instructions for attaching the harness are absent so need a little more common sense and looking at the picture online helps.....The harness is difficult to adjust once worn. It would be helpful to have a buckle release on one or both straps to make it easier to put on and take off.

t to be right. Upon removing the burner, found that the manufacturer had not assembled it correctly meaning gas was not directed via the burner causing the flame to be mis-directed and burning out the seal and causing other superficial damage. Could have been serious damage if I had left it to burn any longer than a few seconds. Quality control in assembly fault. Problem was simple to rectify.Contacted seller who were very quick to act and sent replacement part. I would rate the seller excellent.Apart from this an excellent product.

to get the maximum use of the garden. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and once assembled it was fairly easy to move into position. We’re looking forward to using it over the winter. We had a small problem with the glass tube but customer services were fantastic. They could not have been more helpful and sorted it out immediately. We wish more companies took as much pride in their customer relations.

er garden than before approx 3/4 acre. Garden has not been touched for a while and the grass thistles and all else were 4 to 5ft high. Started with the grass strimmer then moved onto the 40 tooth wheel this little machine has chewed through it all with no problems. I usually try to keep to one tank full of fuel each daily session but i cannot fault it at all. I have not tried the chain saw yet and have to master the skill of the trimmer. Its taken me just over a month to bring the gardens to manageable. I could not have done it with anything else. Easy to put together starts every time after priming and first pull when warm. Only niggle has been a couple of clips breaking on the harness.Would recommend this to anyone.

Despite waiting a while for arrival of this item, which we knew about from the start, the heater did in fact turn up 10 days earlier than expected. The heater is fantastic as is the little Bluetooth speaker which although small belts out the sound. My only criticism i have and it is only a small one, the instruction booklet although informative the diagrams are small and sometimes difficult to understand, the video that was emailed to me as part of the order invoice, is much easier to watch and follow.Since i posted my video on social media a few have my friends have asked me loads of questions about my patio heater and where i had purchased it from. All in all a fantastic Patio Heater which does exactly what i wanted it to do.Great customer service and always kept up to date with product shipping.Well done.

rting so took the opportunity to upgrade to a backpack type. Best thing I've done with regard to leaf blowing. All the weight is on your back (nice padding, quite comfortable) good straps and the weight is not all on the hand anymore. Also no vibration on the hand which is a big difference. Easy to control. Simple to put together, just took a few minutes.Probably the most important thing is that it starts first time. The only downside is that where the starter pully is, you can't start it on your back, has to be done before putting on.
