off the throttle cable.
Supplier responded immediately and sent a new throttle cable assembly same day.
Machine does a good job once you master how to manage it especially on stoney ground.
Excellent value for money.

ce, starts first time, light on the body and digs to 900mm easily. I was erecting 2 100mm sq steel field gate posts so used the 100 and 150 augers in sequence. The 150mm was perfect leaving enough space for concrete packing. Easy to use in Clay but at the other end it was made up ground with ‘Type 1’ aggregate so stoney, had to clear stones of auger regularly, no real problem - I was also using the digging spade to lift debris out as it was so deep. Did the job wonderfully can recommend.

luding a spare spark plug and H & S kit. Takes a while to put together and is very heavy. I bought the long reach version and tested it with all 3 extensions and it was far too heavy to use with all 3, and that was using it with the harness. Then tried it with 2 extensions and although it was still very heavy it was just about usable if you have it balanced and adjusted correctly. The extensions are very tight and stiff, even after lubrication and the pinch bolt nuts fall out every time you dismantle the extensions, if you where doing this on grass you would never find the nuts again. The engine started ok but needed a small amount of choke to keep it running even when warmed up.Good value for the money but unless you have good strength you will fine it hard to manoeuvre especially when using the extensions.

l Garden Tool from Burrowmount just under a year ago and have been delighted with its versatility and it has made life much easier in keeping the garden neat and tidy.Recently though I had a problem with the carburettor and contacted them. The after sales service (which from a review I read before purchase and made me choose Burrowment to buy it) was simply excellent.A quick personal email response resulted in a follow -up from a technician who immediately offered to arrange the return for its repair. The administration department took over and within 48 hours a courier was at my home with a pre-paid label to be applied to my Multi-Functional Garden Tool to go back. Ten days later it was returned and working well again.Burrowmount are a small family business which prides themselves in their customer service. No matter how good a product, problems can always happen so even more knowing there is a superb after sales service available is really important. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

er garden than before approx 3/4 acre. Garden has not been touched for a while and the grass thistles and all else were 4 to 5ft high. Started with the grass strimmer then moved onto the 40 tooth wheel this little machine has chewed through it all with no problems. I usually try to keep to one tank full of fuel each daily session but i cannot fault it at all. I have not tried the chain saw yet and have to master the skill of the trimmer. Its taken me just over a month to bring the gardens to manageable. I could not have done it with anything else. Easy to put together starts every time after priming and first pull when warm. Only niggle has been a couple of clips breaking on the harness.Would recommend this to anyone.

d it highly. All the tools, plus two extension poles, so worth a try. However, you see many of these with identical hardware badged under different brands.First problem was the handle - it had a locating lug but there was no corresponding hole in the shaft to locate the handle into, and so the handle could not be fitted without drilling a hole in the shaft - I didn't do it. So there is a picture of the shaft and the handle with the lug.Starting it up, the throttle sticks on high. The design of this is the same on all the other clone ones I saw, not very good. The label for choke operation was put on upside down, so choke would be off when you thought it was on.The plastic felt very cheap, and the accessories were very flimsy and lightweight.Good points were the splined shaft, and the fact the shaft ran in bearings, but were they good quality? It's heavy, and after trying it for a few seconds on the hedge cutter, I drained all the fuel and asked for a refund.Sending it back was ok, a pre-paid label was issued, but dropping it in at a Post Office was a pain - it's a big heavy box.Having said that, refund was smooth so I can't complain about that. Most of it was made in PRC , but some bits had 'Japan' stamped on them. You pay your money and you take your choice, except P.R.C has eliminated most of the competition.
