what its meant to - bore holes. It makes putting in fence posts a lot easier, I've done 50 metres of fencing so far.The motor is surprisingly powerful and you do have to concentrate when using it. Included in the package are some nice extras like hand and face protection and a dedicated fence post level. All in this have been a really useful time saver for putting up fencing.

th Bu-Ko as I already had their 5-in-1 pole saw/strimmer/hedge trimmer set, and it seemed to be pretty well made and reliable. Anyway, this turned up and seemed to be well built, too. However, it refused to start. Now I'm not exactly a stranger to small 2-stroke motors, but this one defeated me for 4 days. Not even the tiniest splutter to indicate it wanted to run, so I contacted the seller to request a return. I got an almost immediate response, including a video (about which I was skeptical) and a request for a phone number and a convenient time for an engineer to call me if the video didn't help. OK, OK, it started almost immediately, so I feel a bit of a prat, but it almost doesn't need choke at all to start and floods as soon as you look at it. Anyway, 10 out of 10 for customer service. The saw runs really well, and was getting easier and easier to start during the weekend as it started to get run in. Second tank of fuel, and it was running sweetly. (Note: the manual says 25:1 and the saw says 40:1 for fuel/oil, and I checked with Burrowmount to see which was correct - turns out the first tank or two at 25:1 is fine for running in, then back to 40:1). One last log to chop and we're done for the weekend - the recoil starter handle comes away in my hand. OK, so the knot probably came undone, so I took the cover off and no, the cord had been cut through (presumably by the spring) and the starter had sort of self destructed. Anyway, another email to Burrowmount and a very quick reply to say that they were escalating it to their engineers. Three days later and a complete new starter arrived in the post.So what can we conclude? For the price, don't expect Stihl quality and reliability, but that goes without saying. Chinese QA still seems to be a bit of a lottery, but these guys have the back-up to make up for any quality issues in the products. The other kit from the same supplier is fine, and having sorted it out, I have no reason to think I should have any more problems with this one. Overall, a great set-up with absolutely superb back-up and customer service.

luding a spare spark plug and H & S kit. Takes a while to put together and is very heavy. I bought the long reach version and tested it with all 3 extensions and it was far too heavy to use with all 3, and that was using it with the harness. Then tried it with 2 extensions and although it was still very heavy it was just about usable if you have it balanced and adjusted correctly. The extensions are very tight and stiff, even after lubrication and the pinch bolt nuts fall out every time you dismantle the extensions, if you where doing this on grass you would never find the nuts again. The engine started ok but needed a small amount of choke to keep it running even when warmed up.Good value for the money but unless you have good strength you will fine it hard to manoeuvre especially when using the extensions.

purely because knowhere does it say, that right now you cannot purchase a gas bottle! We found an empty 5 kilo one, from years ago in our garage, otherwise god knows when we could have thought to buy one! It seems restaurateurs bought so many gas bottles to keep customers warm outside, that they're now in short supply and government has put a ban on selling them. You can only swap an empty for a full bottle. The 5 kilo wont last very long but, its all we have! The heater itself is beautiful and now we can try it out!

nly compliments my decking. Easy to build but takes a couple of hours to ensure everything is done correctly. Very good heat off the unit and because it is on wheels - you can move it around and place it where you like! Only fault on the unit after unpacking was that the top cover - the heat reflector was bent around the corners. But a few minutes with a set of pliers helped to straighten it out and to get it to an acceptable level.. though not perfect. The unit comes with a handy outdoor cover. After unpacking I noticed that some of the stitching around one of the corners had come undone.. but a needle and thread soon repaired this. The zip also does not fully go down to the bottom of the unit - as you can see on my picture. You also have to use a small step ladder to fit the cover - as the heater is quite high! But overall - pleased with my purchase and look forward to having many enjoyable nights outside with it.
