ks good as an outdoor feature and very straight-forward to put together. First class service from Michael, who could not have been more responsive and attentive. Thoroughly recommended.

high grass brambles up to waist height and large overgrown conifer bushes (still in the process of chopping them down with the chainsaw attachment. this tool has been an absolute godsend. engine is power full and seems to handle the workload very well (so far anyway). only downside is that i have encountered is that wearable parts eg bramble blades the chain for the chainsaw wears out pretty quickly but that could just be because of the extreme jungle i am trying to get under control and probably expecting too much for an average household this tool is a must.ork out of doing the hedges !!

ok. However, the finish on this product is really poor. Aside from the inadequate assembly instructions, there are multiple sharp edges on various pieces that my husband cut himself on. My father (a former engineer) examined the parts and suggests that the mould at the factory is blunt so when the metal is punched, it burrs, leaving knife-sharp edges. Given the blue plastic protective coating comes off in bits and pieces, the parts need to be manoeuvred multiple times, increasing the chances of being cut. The worst cut my husband received was from one of the side panels and was touch and go as to whether it needed stitches. We have contacted the manufacturer, but a week on have not had a response. Buyers beware - this looks great from a distance but you need to wear protection on your hands when assembling and take real care when using it. Keep kids well away.

as an anniversary present. When he opened the box all the loose parts looked abit daunting but once they were all laid out on the floor it was pretty obvious what parts went where. It's alittle on the heavy side but once it's attached to the harness my husband said that you dont realise the weight of it.We have an orchard that's over grow with nettles, brambles, grass etc and with the 3 pronged blade on, this beast ate through all of it without fail.Fuel consumption is good.Only disappointment is that it doesn't come with any starter 2 stroke oil. But that's not the end of the world. All in all this machine is a beast, makes easy work of strimming over grow areas. I Think my husband loves it more than me lol.

and shifts the leaves wet or dry. The downsides are that it is a little noisy and a little thirsty. If like me you are an ocassional user and don't want to pay 3 or 4 times as much for a branded blower then this one is a great buy.

ve been using chainsaws for 45 years. I usually buy Husqvarna, which are outstanding, but would have cost £500.This saw is very nearly as good, and with 2 bars and 4 chains it is easily comparable. It always starts, is powerful enough for me, and is lighter than a comparable Husky. I have just felled and logged up an 80ft sycamore, admittedly green, but the chain doesn't need sharpening yet! There was a small issue with the starter unit, and another with the chain tensioner. Both were solved by return of post replacements. Can't fault the after sale service!I will recommend this saw, and would buy another, but I don't think that I'll need one for a while!!

lar products I settled on this one due to many more positive reviews than most of the alternatives which had comments re poor quality and cut fingers from sharp steel edges. This was a bit more expensive but it turns out well worth the extra cost. There are so many on the market, many are cheaper, glad I paid a little extra for the quality.Very well made, sheet steel well finished with no sharp edges, easy to build up (make sure you study the diagrams VERY closely, I gaffed a few times but on checking back it was because I hadn’t looked closely enough at the drawings).Looks great, decent heat (in strong winds/breezes like all patio heaters whatever the design it will struggle). Two points to note -firstly nothing in the instructions re fitting the battery (a quick note to and reply from the seller sorted, great customer service)Secondly make sure you get the right propane cylinder to fit the regulator supplied. I got the wrong one (standard Calor 13kg propane) when it should have been Calor Patio Gas. No fault of the supplier, just be aware. All in all well pleased with the product and service.

with the unit, but was able to resolve them. A week or so after I got the unit, the grease nipple on the chainsaw unit broke (the threads stripped, so it might have been cross-threaded at assembly, not sure). About the same time, the metal plate which runs under the motor, to prevent it from being damaged by the ground when starting, broke. I contacted support and they sent me a new chainsaw unit + metal plate. A few months later, a piece flew off the strimmer head unit. As before, they sent me a new one. All of the replacement units they have sent me have been working fine. After a good 8 months with no issues, a few of the teeth on the hedge trimmer blades got broken. But as before, they are sending me new blades this week.A couple of other minor issues. One day the unit wouldn't start and I noticed one of the wiring connections had come unplugged, because of the way it was zip-tied (easy fix, just plugged it back in and zip-tied it differently). Recently I noticed the unit would die if I turned it on its side, but then noticed that the hose in the petrol tank, which sucks up the gas, had re-positioned itself such that when the unit was rotated, the end of the hose was no longer submerged in petrol (hence why it was dying). I used a screwdriver to push it back over to the other side of the tank, so when it is rotated it will still be submerged, and it has been fine.Knock on wood the motor itself has worked perfectly and as I said the replacement bits have all worked fine. I would rate it a 3 on function alone, but on the plus side, the post-sales support has been excellent, and they have never hesitated to send out replacement parts when I needed them (for free). So perhaps I have just been unlucky, as the replacement bits have all worked fine.Would I use it all day every day in a commercial capacity, no...but with the repaired bits, it has worked well and helped me to get control of a very large garden (half acre+) which was very overgrown and needed a ton of work.
