All orders placed before 11am will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) on a delivery service of your choosing.
- We offer free delivery on orders to Mainland UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- Delivery to parts of the UK including Highlands and Islands will incur a delivery cost regardless of order value.
- Delivery time is quoted at checkout - based on time of placing the order and the delivery method chosen.
- We delivery to Europe including Italy, France, Spain and Germany from as little as £9.99.
- Delivery times vary depending on your delivery address.
- We do not ship on bank holidays or Saturdays.
EXCLUSIONS
Some delivery areas and postcodes are excluded from our shipping policy. This maybe due to weight restrictions with our carriers and/or lack of availability.
You will be notified shortly after your order should their be any issues with delivery to your address.
FREE DELIVERY
ABSOLUTELY FREE delivery for all orders over £50 to the UK and Ireland except parts of Scotland, Highlands, Islands. We’ll dispatch you order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 11am.
Delivery times are calculated and given at checkout dependant on your location We deliver to Western Europe: Italy, France, Germany and Spain from as little as £9.99. Saturday delivery is a premium paid service where available.
Prompt and reliable Delivery service is something we strive to provide for our customers, Our number one priority is to ensure you receive your package in the same condition which it has left our warehouses and we only work with trusted delivery carriers. We do understand however that sometimes parcels can get lost in transit or arrive damaged. We have a team dedicated to dealing with any delivery queries so please get in contact should any issues arise and we will promptly sort it out for you.
Some parts of Europe is free delivery,unless other wise stated. This will be calculated on the checkout page.
SAFE AND SWIFT DELIVERY
Our aim with delivery is to ensure you get your item in the quickest timeframe possible. We want to make sure your item is delivered safely to you so our delivery partners will require a signature on delivery, if you are not at home the driver will leave a card to let you know they called and will call again.
