Grade 52cc Petrol Garden Multi Tool, 3 Poles, Toolbag, Strimmer, Hedge Trimmer, Pruner, Brush Cutter

This is a robust multi-tool on which all the attachments work well. Also, the customer service when you contact Bu-Ko directly is outstanding; there was a plastic part of the pole saw which broke during use, and Bu -Ko sent a whole new replacement pole saw section within a couple of weeks of me sending them information and pics.The strimmer cord is easier to extend and or replace on the strimmer head - much better that the Mitox tool I had before. The brush cutter blade also works well.The hedge cutter works brilliantly with or without the extension units. I have about 50m of 8ft high laurel hedge to maintain, so it gets a serious workout.The pruning saw is excellent, though you do have to frequently check the chain tension to ensure it stays on - standard for most pole saws.It’s a heavy bit of kit, but extremely hard wearing. I’ve had it since May ‘24 and I’m still chuffed with it.

Where to start? I'm used to using tools like this, I own and operate a chainsaw and other gardening tools all the time. Assembly instructions are straightforward and the manual is clear. However, when connecting each attachment there is a tightening screw and nut. This nut has a tendency to loosen and fall out due to vibration when the machine runs...Using the machineThe multi tool is heavy but the harness supplied helps with that. The hedge trimmer versatility is great but that's where the positives end. The trimmer blades kept seizing up after about ten minutes of use, despite the gears being adequately greased. Also, the power of the trimmer was extremely disappointing compared with the engine size. My electric hedge trimmer made ready work of this hedge earlier this year but this trimmer struggled to cut through one quarter inch of beech hedging.Fitting the strimmer and brush cutter blades is not easy and once again, the fittings came loose, despite tightening.Overall, I'm very disappointed with this and would not recommend.

Fast prompt delivery received 3 days quicker than expected, Bought this item as my old electric one finally gave up the ghost, what can I say very good bit of kit to be fair for the price. As other reviews have already stated it is quite heavy but that’s to be expected. I didn’t think much of the ear defenders or safety glasses but I use a safety helmet with visor and ear plugs anyways.Can’t fault customer services either had slight issue with a part which was promptly resolved and replacement item issued after proof of purchase and photo proof of damage so 10/10 there. Highly recommended on all fronts from delivery, customer services, replacement parts well done team

So the product looks well made and heavy duty, you get a lot of spares including a spare spark plug and H & S kit. Takes a while to put together and is very heavy. I bought the long reach version and tested it with all 3 extensions and it was far too heavy to use with all 3, and that was using it with the harness. Then tried it with 2 extensions and although it was still very heavy it was just about usable if you have it balanced and adjusted correctly.The extensions are very tight and stiff, even after lubrication and the pinch bolt nuts fall out every time you dismantle the extensions, if you where doing this on grass you would never find the nuts again.The engine started ok but needed a small amount of choke to keep it running even when warmed up.Good value for the money but unless you have good strength you will fine it hard to manoeuvre especially when using the extensions.

Built up and used today to help take down a tree in the garden, amazed how easily it started from new.. literally 3 or 4 pulls, then once warmed up it was starting 1st or 2nd time every time. Surprised how well the chainsaw cut too. Almost bought the Hyundai long reach but changed mind after reading all reviews about struggling to start them. So very happy with our choice, let's hope it lasts. Only negative so far, the poles can be fiddly to get in and out, could be coz it's new tho.
