Not bad for the price

Brought this to do a few small job around house it arrive on time no damage to the sew or packaging the instructions are the most helpful but in the end its OK for Chinese tool at that price safety gear that comes with you need to put straght in the bin as it's cheap crap and not worth testing it buy your self some better stuff right back to the sew works well on small stuff I used it on no thincker the 6/7" branches would go any thicker just the right for what I needed at the right price

Difficult to start

Used this chainsaw twice with the correct 40.1 mix found it very difficult to start. I've also had to replace the carburetor, cheap is not always good valueMy advice pay the extra & get a reliable robust chainsaw.

Rubbish

Can instantly see and feel the difference in build quality compared to stihl. Seems quite cheap in comparison tbh but time will tell how long it lasts. The chain stretched just on me just getting it running. Will just have to wait and see how it actually performs when cutting.UPDATEUtter rubbish. Wont run properly and the chain oil has leaked out onto the floor of my shed. Can get it running but it wont idle and cuts out. Lot of effort needed to start again.Don't waste your money

Responsive and Helpful Customer Service.

After initial starting problems I contacted the seller.The response was rapid and efficient.A spare part was immediately dispatched which remedied the problem and the saw now functions well.As for the saw itself, for light duties at a very low cost it is a good option.
