Grade 52cc Petrol Garden Multi Tool, 1 Pole, Toolbag, Strimmer, Hedge Trimmer, Pruner, Brush Cutter

Unit arrived with a damaged switch. The main box was secure but I had ordered the additional extension poles and it was an additional box tapped to the main box while it was open nothing had fallen out - I don't blame the seller it could have been done in transport. The seller supplied the replacement part and I have successfully used the tool on several occasions. The hedge trimmer and chainsaw our wonderful attachments and the reach is very good - I have yet to use the extra extensions! I have two minor criticisms that could be down to me being left-handed: the first is that the on off switch is very easily knocked off when you are using the hedge or chainsaw attachment as generally you will be cutting things above your head, such that your hand can slip up and switch the unit off; The second minor issue is that the choke is very close to the pull cord and I find myself flicking the choke on when the unit was warm when restarting the tool (cause it to not start!). but overall very powerful a very good machine. Customer services were very helpful after a bit of discussion.

I've had a few issues with the unit, but was able to resolve them. A week or so after I got the unit, the grease nipple on the chainsaw unit broke (the threads stripped, so it might have been cross-threaded at assembly, not sure). About the same time, the metal plate which runs under the motor, to prevent it from being damaged by the ground when starting, broke. I contacted support and they sent me a new chainsaw unit + metal plate. A few months later, a piece flew off the strimmer head unit. As before, they sent me a new one. All of the replacement units they have sent me have been working fine. After a good 8 months with no issues, a few of the teeth on the hedge trimmer blades got broken. But as before, they are sending me new blades this week.A couple of other minor issues. One day the unit wouldn't start and I noticed one of the wiring connections had come unplugged, because of the way it was zip-tied (easy fix, just plugged it back in and zip-tied it differently). Recently I noticed the unit would die if I turned it on its side, but then noticed that the hose in the petrol tank, which sucks up the gas, had re-positioned itself such that when the unit was rotated, the end of the hose was no longer submerged in petrol (hence why it was dying). I used a screwdriver to push it back over to the other side of the tank, so when it is rotated it will still be submerged, and it has been fine.Knock on wood the motor itself has worked perfectly and as I said the replacement bits have all worked fine. I would rate it a 3 on function alone, but on the plus side, the post-sales support has been excellent, and they have never hesitated to send out replacement parts when I needed them (for free). So perhaps I have just been unlucky, as the replacement bits have all worked fine.Would I use it all day every day in a commercial capacity, no...but with the repaired bits, it has worked well and helped me to get control of a very large garden (half acre+) which was very overgrown and needed a ton of work.

On paper, sounds very good, and I saw a review which rated it highly. All the tools, plus two extension poles, so worth a try. However, you see many of these with identical hardware badged under different brands.First problem was the handle - it had a locating lug but there was no corresponding hole in the shaft to locate the handle into, and so the handle could not be fitted without drilling a hole in the shaft - I didn't do it. So there is a picture of the shaft and the handle with the lug.Starting it up, the throttle sticks on high. The design of this is the same on all the other clone ones I saw, not very good.The label for choke operation was put on upside down, so choke would be off when you thought it was on.The plastic felt very cheap, and the accessories were very flimsy and lightweight.Good points were the splined shaft, and the fact the shaft ran in bearings, but were they good quality?It's heavy, and after trying it for a few seconds on the hedge cutter, I drained all the fuel and asked for a refund.Sending it back was ok, a pre-paid label was issued, but dropping it in at a Post Office was a pain - it's a big heavy box.Having said that, refund was smooth so I can't complain about that.Most of it was made in PRC , but some bits had 'Japan' stamped on them.You pay your money and you take your choice, except P.R.C has eliminated most of the competition.

well packaged, when opened the book was in wonderful condition and very good value thank you very much.
