1. Returns Eligibility

🔁 Non-Faulty Items (Change of Mind)

  • You may return non-faulty items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A £13.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a sellable condition.
  • If the item has been used, damaged, or is returned in a condition not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items and offer either a full refund or a replacement.

2. Condition of Returned Items

📦 Original Condition

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Items returned in an unfit condition (e.g., used, missing parts, damaged packaging) may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements or issue a reduced refund if the item is not in resalable condition.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Refunds are returned to the original method of payment
  • The £13.99 return postage fee for change-of-mind returns will be deducted from your refund total
