maneuver around even with 13kg bottle inside. Can't wait to start using it more during the nicer weather. Also I just want to say how amazing their customer service is! Was running late ( not their fault.) But they rang long before product was due to arrive and explained the situation which I really appreciated. I carried on with my order and I love it. Struggled at first to ignite it but after a 5 minute phone call from the help team this was sorted ( user error ) can't recommend this product or company more. Thankyou for all your help!

nd have found it excellent for the work. I have felled small trees and cut up for logs for my wood burner stove. The saw starts easily and is easy to handle. Not as heavy as some I have used. I note that the seller now offers an upgraded set with two sizes of blade with two of each chains.
BU-KO 62cc Petrol Chainsaw 3.4HP 20" Bar with 2 Chains and 16" Bar with 2 Chains - Cover bag and Full Safety Gear
This appears to be even better value than the one I purchased. The after sales service is excellent. My saw has been upgraded to the newer version at no cost. This is service beyond expectations. The recent storms felled several trees, a couple of them quite large, which I have been able to make good use of thanks to the saw which made short work of them. Strongly recommended. As a follow up, nearly a year later, I had problems starting the saw after not using it for a few months. Several failed suggestions by the seller later, the saw was collected and replaced. What about that for service?

erates good heat. We’ve even managed a couple of evenings sitting out in the freezing cold in December with it. Neighbours have commented on how nice it looks. Easy enough to put together although will take a bit of time but don’t let that put you off. After sales service has been really good too, had heavy winds which caused the heater to blow over and the glass tube smashed. They replaced it free of charge immediately, didn’t even expect them to. Don’t bother looking elsewhere!

ve bought one years ago & in fact now thinking of buying a second for another patio.Assembly I thought not difficult if you follow the online instructions (that’s a strong tip) but it takes 2 people at the last phase of assembly in fairness.Bottle needed is a 27 mm propane.Really impressed.

d.It did take a couple of hours to put together. But we absolutely love the patio heater, with the uncertain times that we are living through and with me working from home must days, to relax I like to get out and spend time in the garden. The patio heater means that I will be able to spend all dry evenings through the autumn/winter in the garden. The heat that it gives off is fantastic, the weather is not cold enough to use it on full power.

rting so took the opportunity to upgrade to a backpack type. Best thing I've done with regard to leaf blowing. All the weight is on your back (nice padding, quite comfortable) good straps and the weight is not all on the hand anymore. Also no vibration on the hand which is a big difference. Easy to control. Simple to put together, just took a few minutes.Probably the most important thing is that it starts first time. The only downside is that where the starter pully is, you can't start it on your back, has to be done before putting on.

with the unit, but was able to resolve them. A week or so after I got the unit, the grease nipple on the chainsaw unit broke (the threads stripped, so it might have been cross-threaded at assembly, not sure). About the same time, the metal plate which runs under the motor, to prevent it from being damaged by the ground when starting, broke. I contacted support and they sent me a new chainsaw unit + metal plate. A few months later, a piece flew off the strimmer head unit. As before, they sent me a new one. All of the replacement units they have sent me have been working fine. After a good 8 months with no issues, a few of the teeth on the hedge trimmer blades got broken. But as before, they are sending me new blades this week.A couple of other minor issues. One day the unit wouldn't start and I noticed one of the wiring connections had come unplugged, because of the way it was zip-tied (easy fix, just plugged it back in and zip-tied it differently). Recently I noticed the unit would die if I turned it on its side, but then noticed that the hose in the petrol tank, which sucks up the gas, had re-positioned itself such that when the unit was rotated, the end of the hose was no longer submerged in petrol (hence why it was dying). I used a screwdriver to push it back over to the other side of the tank, so when it is rotated it will still be submerged, and it has been fine.Knock on wood the motor itself has worked perfectly and as I said the replacement bits have all worked fine. I would rate it a 3 on function alone, but on the plus side, the post-sales support has been excellent, and they have never hesitated to send out replacement parts when I needed them (for free). So perhaps I have just been unlucky, as the replacement bits have all worked fine.Would I use it all day every day in a commercial capacity, no...but with the repaired bits, it has worked well and helped me to get control of a very large garden (half acre+) which was very overgrown and needed a ton of work.
